Foreigners who need to visit the UAE more than once in a specific period of time will be granted multiple entry visas, UAE website Emirates 24/7 reported citing Arabic newspaper Al Bayan. The new decree for visas was issued by Lt. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior. Businessmen, property investors and tourists will all be eligible to apply for the multiple entry visa under the new scheme, the report said. The new visas can be applied for and issued by the General Directorate of Residency and Foreign Affairs, as well as the UAE’s Consular offices abroad, the report added.
