Hi, i want to share my little experience, i have an opporutunity for job , first they asked resume threw email. i sent mail  to them. Then i called them they are told your resume is rejected, i dont know what is the reason  bcoz i am qualified for that job, then i am asked to them they are said your resume not perfect, so first you make professional resume then u can apply. Then i am asked some experience persons all are given some tips, then i am analysing , and maked resume. now i tell that tips if u like take.
